How Do I Cancel an In App Purchase Subscription?

An In App Purchase subscription is initiated when you sign up for BACtrack View directly from the app instead of from our BACtrack View web page.

This means that the billing is handled through your iPhone or Google subscriptions. Please follow the processes below to cancel these accounts:

IOS Devices

1. Submit the required cancellation form: BACtrack View Cancellation
2. Open the Settings app on your IOS device.
3. Click your name.
4. Click subscriptions.
5. Click on BACtrack View.
6. Click Cancel Subscription. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.

Android Devices

1. Submit the required cancellation form: BACtrack View Cancellation
2. Open the Google Play App.
3. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
4. Click Payments and Subscriptions
5. Click Subscriptions.
6. Click on BACtrack View.
7. Click Cancel. You might need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled.
